Dreams Painting was honored to perform the interior painting renovation of the Jordan Health Woodward Center in Rochester, NY. Painting a health center is not like painting a house or a commercial building, it does require a more meticulous process that usually demands more work than any other painting project. As a health center, it must continue operating while the work is being done, so we accommodate the best hours and days to do the job.

After the setup of the work area was completed (Removal of signs, art, labels, posters, etc. from the walls), the team started working on the preparation of the surfaces, which required cleaning, patching, sanding, the application of primer and silicon, among others. Signs, art, labels, posters, etc. were put back in place and a deep cleanup was done after every shift. When doing the preparation, our process requires our team to go area by area, inch by inch, looking for any single hole, dent or scratch to be patched and/or sanded. That way, we can obtain a smooth, even, spot-free quality finish.

After all the surfaces were properly prepared, the application of paint began. The team painted the doors and frames and the walls with two coats, using the same colors.
