Before And After
(Interior Painting - Brighton, NY)
The scope of work was to remove old school wallpaper from the walls, prepare the walls for painting, and remove the carpet from the stairs. Additionally, the project involved painting the ceiling, walls, stair railing, and trims in different colors.
As usual, old wallpaper is hard to remove, and this one was no exception. After the wallpaper was removed, we started to patch nail holes and to seal cracks. Due to the old glue being very attached, the walls had to be sanded.
A coat of primer was applied before painting. It took two coats of paint for the walls and three coats for the trims.

We also lightly sanded the wooden handrails of the stairs and applied one coat of polyurethane and painted the areas under the stair steps white. A deep cleanup was done after the project was completed.
