Our Five-Star Process

For each service, we have a proven successful process that ensures high quality and customer satisfaction.

STEP 1 - The quote

Everything starts by evaluating our customer's needs and providing a detailed estimation of the costs and the work process. During that time, we gather vital information about the project and share our best ideas and advice, focusing on getting The Best results.

STEP 2 - The preparation

Our painters meticulously inspect the surfaces, looking for any holes to be patched, any spots to be sanded, and stains to be cleaned and/or primed. We use painter's tape to make straight lines between two colors or to caulk between two different surfaces. We also replace, fix and/or prime damaged wood & drywall.

STEP 3 - Painting

Now is the time when the magic happens, painting. Based on the type of surface to be painted, we apply the appropriate paint using different tools. We use a 2.5" or 3" paintbrush to cut the edges of the walls and to paint the trims, baseboards, doors, and windows. For interior walls, we use a 9" roller. For exterior surfaces like wood, vinyl siding, or stucco, we use brushes for the edges and an airless paint sprayer for the body.

When painting, we apply the paint evenly, creating a uniform finish that ensures no drips and a solid, nice-looking color.

Tip: The number of coats of paint needed to obtain a solid color will depend on the actual colors. If the same color will be used, you can expect two coats. If the actual color will be changed, it will usually take from two to five coats of paint. You can expect to apply about three to five coats if the actual color is dark and the new color is light. Two coats should be enough if the actual color is not too dark and the new color is not too light.

STEP 4 - The Cleanup

During the work, we keep a clean work area, and we do a final deep cleanup after everything is completed.

STEP 5 - Final Inspection

The supervisor performs the final inspection and the customer receives the completed work.
