For this beautiful home, we did a pressure wash from top to bottom, the shutters were removed and cleaned, several nails and screws were removed and the holes were properly filled. The deck got a deep restoration, including a nice pressure wash and clean up, removing peeling paint, filling several holes and cracks, and a few coats of deck stain. The entire house was painted with two coats.

This nice apartment required "good care". The owner decided to give us a call after he was satisfied with a prior painting work we did at another of his properties. Before we started, he had another contractor doing the installation of the floor and frames, among others. The contractor did a poor job and made everything more difficult for both the owner and us. Dreams Painting came up with a plan and inspiration to make it look new again. As always, we discussed the work process with the owner, which included patching several holes and cracks, caulking around the frames, sanding, the application of primer and sealer, and painting the ceilings, walls, kitchen cabinets, doors and frames with two coats.
